The OAMC6106 is a folded cascode fully differential operational amplifier master cell (MCELL). It can be via-configured into a variety of fully differential operational amplifiers. Configuration vias are used to select the differential input pair type (NMOS only, PMOS only, or complementary), the number of input device fingers, the number of output device fingers and the compensation node.
