OP1-62A – General-Purpose Operational/Transconductance Amplifier

OP1-62A MCELL is a folded-cascode single-ended operational amplifier that can be via-configured into a variety of single-ended operational amplifiers (OA) and operational transconductance amplifiers (OTA).

Configuration vias are used to set the differential input pair type (NMOS only, PMOS only, or complementary), and the number of input device fingers.  A bias current input (IB) permits further optimization with respect to power consumption vs. other characteristics, such as bandwidth, gain, amplifier noise, slew-rate, etc.

When the OP1-62A is configured as operational amplifier, the number of output devices and the compensation networks are also via configurable.  Two alternative connections are available for compensating the amplifier, depending on desired performance.
