OP2-62A is a folded-cascode, differential-output operational amplifier that can be via-configured for a variety of operating characteristics. Configuration vias are used to set the differential input pair type (NMOS only, PMOS only, or complementary), and the number of input device fingers. A bias current input (IB) permits further optimization with respect to power consumption vs. bandwidth, gain, amplifier noise, slew-rate, etc. Four R-C networks compensate the OP2-62A with components derived from resistor and capacitor primitives resident in same tile.
