The PDIFF1-62A MCELL is a PMOS differential-pair cell, consisting of two source-coupled PMOS devices with independent gate and drain terminals for each fingered device. The cell is intended to be used primarily with resistor loads and act as a low-noise preamplifier for the OPA1-62A MCELL.
