PNP-62A01 is an MCELL consisting of an array of 21 Vertical PNP Devices. The MCELL is intended for use in generating bandgap voltage references, by providing a means of creating PNP device ratios. Base and Collector terminals are all connected to GND. Emitter terminals can be connected to one of four possible signal ports: E, EA, EB, or GND.
