MCells

MCells, or Master Cells, are non-configured circuits that are via-programmed to perform an intended function. By allowing configuration by via-programming , designers can customize MCell performance characteristics to meet specific applications requirements. Examples of MCells include op amps/OTAs, switches, pads, or logic elements.
